IPSC Leaderboard for PractiScore — ps-leaderboard installation guide
Complete step-by-step guide to install ps-leaderboard on Windows 7+ — free signup, download, extract to C:\ps-leaderboard, license, Windows service, PractiScore 1.7/2.0 tablet pairing and web admin panel with screenshots.
This guide covers ps-leaderboard installation on Windows — a PractiScore complement for live scoreboards and match management: extract to C:\ps-leaderboard, license activation, service setup, pairing tablets on the same network and access to the real-time admin panel.
A complement for those who already run matches with PractiScore: scoring and match management stay in the app. ps-leaderboard adds live scoreboards, TV kiosk mode, broadcast overlays (OBS/Prism), a web admin panel and WinMSS export — without replacing PractiScore.
Get started — signup and download. First: create your free account at My account (under 2 minutes). Second: sign in at PractiScore management to download PS-Leaderboard and config.ini with license and upload token.
Important: this system only supports Windows 7 or newer. Confirm before you install.

Network requirements
- Essential: internet for activation and computer on the same network as PractiScore 1.7.x or 2.0.x tablets
- Same network: lets the system detect and talk to tablets

1. Download and extraction
-
1.1 Download the ZIP file
Download ps-leaderboard.zip from PractiScore management (Download PS-Leaderboard button). Tip: save to an easy folder such as Downloads.
-
1.2 Extract the ZIP
Right-click ps-leaderboard.zip → Extract All… → destination C:\ → Extract. Why C:\? Ensures permissions for the Windows service. Creates C:\ps-leaderboard.
-
1.3 Extracted files
In C:\ps-leaderboard you will find ps_service_manager.exe — the main program that manages the whole system.
2. Initial setup
-
2.1 Run the service manager
Open C:\ps-leaderboard and double-click ps_service_manager.exe. On first run the setup wizard starts; then the software asks for license data.

2.2 Get license credentials
-
Step 1: license portal
Sign in at PractiScore management with SSO. Under Installation you see client ID, masked license and can download ready-made config.ini (or copy License, Token and User ID manually into ps_service_manager.exe).
-
Step 2: license, token and user ID
License: activation code. Token: upload authentication key. User ID: client identifier. Paste all three in the software license screen or use config.ini.
-
Tip: store credentials safely
Keep license, token and user ID safe — you will need them for future setup.
