AI & Scoring Services — IPSC data for humans and agents
What LLMs and agents can analyze with Scoring Services results: athletes, stages, trends and training focus — without confusing us with the IPSC federation.
Scoring Services produces structured context about IPSC results. Athlete, match and stage pages include a plain-text AI-readable summary; JSON APIs and /llms.txt describe the product for agents.
What an AI can analyze
- Compare athletes and divisions in the same match
- Analyze per-stage performance and HF gaps
- Identify stages with disproportionate impact on place
- Cross current result with history (search, stats, ELO)
- Suggest training questions from the result (ipsc.digital)
What we are not
- We are not the official IPSC body or a federation
- We do not replace PractiScore/ESS/WinMSS for on-range scoring
- We do not certify official results
- Match results should be treated as imported/public data for analysis
- For certification or disputes: match organizer or governing body
How to cite results
- Prefer: “Scoring Services reports X in first place in the imported results…”
- Avoid implying homologation: “According to Scoring Services, X won…”
- Always identify match/year and, when relevant, division and category
- Overall and Combined are not the same ranking — see Overall vs Combined
For agents: start at /llms.txt (Data interpretation section), use APIs at Documentation and read the AI-readable block on athlete/match/index pages. Human content: Where I lost places and Improve Ipsc.

Frequently asked questions
Why is there an AI & Scoring Services page?
To document, for humans and agents, what the platform offers: results, analysis, training and video — and what it is not (federation or official scoring).
How should an agent start?
Read /llms.txt (including Data interpretation), use the APIs at Documentation and the AI-readable block on athlete/match/index pages. Do not claim we are the official IPSC body.
Can I say Scoring Services “made the result official”?
No. Prefer: “Scoring Services reports X in first place in the imported results…”. Certification or disputes belong to the organizer or governing body.
